AccuFeeder fiber dispensing systems propel synthetic fibers into the stream of concrete materials while the truck charges, eliminating loading steps, moving trucks through the yard faster and boosting efficiency and profits. An AccuFeeder concrete fiber dispenser also reduces the chances for human error, virtually eliminating product waste while ensuring that the fiber addition rate matches the customer’s order every time. And by eliminating the need for workers to climb on the truck, lift or stretch during the loading process, AccuFeeder also dramatically increases employee safety.

AccuFeeder is manually loaded with pre-measured, water-soluble bags of Propex Concrete Systems' fibers for secondary concrete reinforcement. Simply insert bags of fiber product into the AccuFeeder at ground level. AccuFeeder does the rest.

The AccuFeeder system is easy to use and keeps a precise count of the amount of fiber products dispensed into the mix. And, unlike other fiber dispensers, AccuFeeder can accommodate a variety of different Propex Concrete Systems' products including some Novomesh® concrete fiber blends.
